Kayla was outstanding. She went over and beyond to satisfy my needs. She was very personable and even though Pull-A-Part was very busy that day, she still took the time to assist me with my unique circumstances. Very nice lady.

April was three BEST customer rep Ive met in a while. I lost my Mom and an only child so this weekend is always difficult for me but i went there looking for something and she helped me literally walking n showing me how to search for what I needed with very good instructions. She made my day so much better as I was having a terrible day and she should be recognized. I will definitely come back n hope she is there. Thank you for hiring her. Great decision. Tiffany

Thank folks at the car purchasing counter were very helpful and nice. Offered me a pretty descent price and picked up the same day. That was great as it was a slow day for me with the rain this morning. Would definitely deal with them again in Akron.

Wheel barrels supplied to assist in removing heavy or bulky items and if needed they will assist you with a lift truck for transporting part from yard to your vehicle. Staff and management are very friendly, knowledgeable

Almost always has whats needed. It would be 5 star but the price of tires raosed EXPONENTIALLY. I could go to a tire shop, get the tire fully dismounted, then mounted for approx same cost. $37 for the tire. Another $7 for environmental and service fees, which dont seem to have changed drastically. I get everything is going up everywher but these arent new parts or cars being purchased at the higher rates now
